These Terms & Conditions govern the relationship between The Coordinators (“we”, “our”, “us”) and the client (“you”, “your”) regarding the use of our website, event planning, and related services. By engaging with us, you accept these terms in full.
2. Services
- We provide corporate events, wedding management, team-building activities, gifting solutions, and entertainment services.
- All services are subject to availability and confirmation.
- Customization requests will be accommodated as per feasibility and may incur additional charges.
3. Booking & Payment
- A booking confirmation is only valid once a deposit or advance payment is received.
- The remaining balance must be cleared as per the agreed payment schedule before the event date.
- Payments can be made via bank transfer, UPI, or approved digital platforms.
- Failure to make payments on time may lead to cancellation without refund.
4. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- Cancellations must be communicated in writing or via email.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed based on the following:
- More than 30 days before event: 75% refund.
- 15–30 days before event: 50% refund.
- Less than 15 days: No refund.
- In unavoidable circumstances (such as natural disasters or government restrictions), The Coordinators reserves the right to postpone or reschedule services.
5. Client Responsibilities
- The client must ensure accurate details, including event date, venue, and requirements.
- You agree to provide necessary permissions, access, and cooperation for smooth execution.
- Any damage to equipment, property, or setup during the event will be the client’s responsibility.
6. Intellectual Property
- All images, videos, logos, and designs used on our website or promotional materials are the intellectual property of The Coordinators.
- Unauthorized use, copying, or reproduction is strictly prohibited without prior written consent.
7. Liability
- While we take utmost care in planning and execution, The Coordinators shall not be liable for:
- Unforeseen venue issues, third-party delays, or acts of God.
- Loss or damage to personal belongings during the event.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the contracted services.
8. Privacy Policy
- We value your privacy. Personal data collected during inquiries, bookings, or events will be used solely for communication and service purposes.
- We do not share or sell client information to any third party without consent.
9. Changes to Terms
The Coordinators reserves the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services implies acceptance of the revised terms.
